John Furbush is the Director of Operations at our new Surprise location. “John and I had worked together when we were in New Orleans at a local restaurant and having worked with John in the past I knew that he was the perfect person for this job,” said Dennis. “I was excited to hear from Dennis and really looking forward to becoming a part of such an original and unique concept,” said John. John had worked as the Director of Operations at create your own stir fry, BD’s Mongolian BBQ as well as Fishbones. When John was the director at Fishbones it was the 2nd busiest restaurant in the state of Michigan. John has been working in the restaurant industry for years and Kokopelli is very excited to have him as a part of our team.
