   Good evening. Just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much we enjoyed the band last night. They were so much fun and it was such an upbeat evening. The music was great and the band interacted with the diners well. Hope you can have them back sometime soon.

   We also enjoyed our dinners. I had the pot-roast which is my favorite and my husband had the Cajun pulled pork and he really liked the flavor. We both shared the spinach pecan salad – yum! I love your Chianti wine and will order that again next time. Not too strong – just a smooth mellow flavor.

   My wife, our two friends and I spent a delightful evening in Surprise Kokopelli Bistro on New Year’s Eve. The food was excellent: we had the Prime Rib and Grilled Mahi Mahi entries along with various other four courses.

   Freddie Hall’s vocals and guitar, Ray Carter on string base, Rich on bass with guest saxophonist, Randy McDowell and featured local solo vocalist were great fun.

   We spent a wonderful evening at the bistro on 2/20/2010 – this was our second visit to the winery. The first was sub-par. I had spoken with the owner who assured me the issues were fixed from our original visit. Let me tell you they WERE. The second visit was wonderful. A relaxing night of good music, good food (very low in salt which I appreciate) and wonderful wine. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing meal with a special loved one or with friends.

   I would also say that this bistro takes its business seriously. Please give them feedback – they will act on it. That is refreshing in itself.

   We will definately be back and have found our new restaurant for out of town guest.

   We really enjoyed our first visit and plan to go again before we leave for the summer. The only thing I would improve is to expand the dessert menu offering small dessert portions which would be just enough but not too much after a delicious dinner. With a coffee of course.

   We had the most wonderful night of great food and dancing on Friday, June 11th at your restaurant in Surprise. Sybil Thomas and The Loose Cannons Blues Band were playing and there must have been 60 people all up dancing and having a great time until the band reluctantly had to stop. Even they the audience was able to convince them to do one more song. An ENCORE at a dinner restaurant!!!! Thanks Kokopellis, we are definately coming back and bringing our friends.

   Amazing cooking article..I actually cook on a daily basis and really enjoy it.
